Northisle Copper and Gold Provides Final 2024 Assays From Northwest Expo, West Goodspeed Targets in British Columbia

Northisle Copper and Gold (NCX.V) reported Thursday the final assays from its 2024 drill program at the Northwest Expo and West Goodspeed targets within the North Island project in British Columbia. Highlights include 55.75 meters grading 2.20 grams per tonne (g/t) gold and 0.39% copper at Northwest Expo and 29 meters grading 0.23 g/t gold and 0.15% copper at West Goodspeed. "We are encouraged by the 2024 results from Northwest Expo, which have added continuity to the block model grades and resource estimate," said Robin Tolbert, Northisle's vice president of exploration. "Drilling at West Goodspeed continues to be encouraging and has highlighted additional untested areas with the potential to expand this zone along strike and to the north and south." The company said further refinements to the Northwest Expo and West Goodspeed exploration models will aid in testing these new targets and resource estimation in 2025. Northisle's share price fell 1.2% on Wednesday to $0.42 on the TSXV.
